Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange or upgrade to other products of the same value or higher value, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of return shipping as well as the shipping cost of the new item. You are eligible for one free exchange only. For a higher value upgrade, you will need to cover the price difference. 

Lastly, we will ship the new item once we receive the original item back and is inspected by our returns team. Usually takes 2-4 weeks depending on item, if you need the exchange item sooner you can always return the item you don't want and place a new order which usually ships within 2 business days. 

 

Return Policy

At Organic Textiles, we value your happiness and satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving it as long as it is in new condition.

 

Replacement Policy

If you received a defective or damaged item, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please have photos of the defective/damaged area ready. After reviewing your case we will either send you a replacement for the part damaged or send you a full replacement.
